ABC-RICPHI at Nutricon, Malaysia

Dr. Ruchi Vaidya, Asst. Professor, at RICPHI presented an oral paper titled 'Effect of long-term almond consumption on fasting and post prandial GLP-1 levels and gut microbiota composition in rural Indian adults with prediabetes- a randomized control trial' on August 3rd, at the 5th International Conference on Food, Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle 2023 held in Kualalumpur, Malaysia. The conference, "Nutricon", was organized by the International Institute of Knowledge Management and attended by participants from over 20 countries.  The underlying theme of the conference was 'New challenges and future perspectives in nutrition and sustainable food in a post pandemic and climate change era.'
