Internship Opportunities

I was impressed by the level of professionalism, expertise, and support that I received. The team members were always willing to guide and mentor me, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the tasks assigned to me. This nurturing environment allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Furthermore, the organizational culture at RICPHI fostered a sense of inclusivity and collaboration. I felt valued as a member of the team, and my opinions and ideas were always respected. The opendoor policy and regular feedback sessions allowed for constructive dialogue, which greatly enhanced my learning experience. I truly felt like a valuable contributor to the team's objectives.

Interning at RICPHI helped me foray into the space of monitoring and evaluation of large-scale projects. My theory classes at IIPH taught me about M&E frameworks and their importance, however, with the HealthRise project, I came to know about its implementation on the field and the impact that projects like these have on a community. I learnt a lot being a part of the HealthRise project at RICPHI and I hope to carry forward these learnings when I embark on my professional journey.

I feel myself privileged to have done my internship in an organization like RICPHI where the work culture is just unparalleled and opportunities to explore are limitless. From giving me the creative freedom to work in communities through our own strategies and interest to important inputs at each phase of the programme, internship at RICPHI had prepared me well for my professional career ahead. I benefitted greatly from the training, data management classes and the participatory approaches instilled in me by the team. The real-world scenario had been taught to us and, this, I feel is the biggest takeaway

Doing my internship in RICPHI was a great experience for me as I experienced innovative approaches and its impact on improving health sector at the community level. The training provided to me on handling various challenges at each phase of a trial was a lifelong learning. RICPHI and its team taught me the importance of co-ordinated efforts in achieving our objectives. The work culture allowing individual creativity and calm working environment improved my efficiency as I felt at ease during my internship. RICPHI had given a great boost to my professional career as it has given me all the exposure needed to work in a public health research field.

I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of your esteemed organization and for the valuable experiences I gained during my internship in Ramaiah International Centre for Public Health Innovation. During my time at RICPHI, I had the privilege of working closely with the dedicated team of public health professionals who provided me with a nurturing and supportive environment. Under their guidance, I was able to apply the theoretical knowledge I acquired in my academic studies to real-world public health challenges. The experiences during ABC project enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills, as I had the opportunity to engage with diverse populations. Furthermore, I had the chance to observe and contribute to the planning and execution of the ABC project. These activities provided me with insights into the logistical aspects of program management. Overall, my internship at RICPHI has been a transformative experience that has solidified my passion for public health and equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue a career in this field. Finally, I want to thank Dr. Ruchi ma’am for her complete support during the course of the internship I am truly grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend RICPHI to any aspiring intern seeking a great and fulfilling experience

When I got an opportunity to do my internship at RICPHI for ABC project, it was the best learning experience I could have ever asked for. Being a budding public health professional it's important to develop and improve the skills that would help me to thrive in the field. This project provided me a scope to enhance my field skills, communication skills, creative skills, problem solving and decision-making skills and was perfect practical experience. It was my honour to be part of this proficient team for these four months of internship. RICPHI provided me a great platform to expand and enhance my theoretical skills and transfer those skills practically in real field atmosphere. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Nayanjeet sir for inspiring me throughout my internship period. I am grateful for the constant support, guidance, and motivation I received from my mentor Dr. Ruchi Vaidya ma'am and ABC team.

My internship with RICPHI has been a rewarding experience. As part of AHANI India, I had the opportunity to connect with adolescents every week. I am grateful to both Ms. Shailee Shah and Dr. Nayanjeet Chaudhury for their constant support and guidance. They not only gave me the freedom to explore all possibilities to maximize the skills I learned during the internship, but they also taught me a lot of things along the way.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in this position (Internship) for the past 8 months. I've thoroughly enjoyed working here and have learnt immensely from my experience working for the COVID-19 and ACE-CPR program. Thank for you giving me this opportunity again and I wish you and RICPHI all the best for the future.

I can confidently say that the benefits I obtained during my time at RICPHI extend far beyond a certificate. I completely enjoyed the work I did during my internship as well as my interactions with each of the faculty members. I am sure that the work being done at RICPHI will continue to inspire other interns like myself and I am honoured to have had the opportunity to work with such a dynamic and revolutionary team.
