Shailee is an M.B.A in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, U.S.A with experience of over 8 years in H.R. policies, procedures and project management across healthcare, information technology and development sectors. She also holds a keen interest in web designing and content development and has successfully helped develop and launch websites for projects commissioned by global organizations like Public Health Institute, U.S.A. Her areas of interest include NCDs, adolescent health and nutrition for which she has co-created and developed an adolescent friendly mobile/desktop application as well. Shailee leads the Grant Management portfolio at RICPHI apart from providing her expertise in training and people management at RICPHI. A certified Scrum Master and Kaizen professional, Shailee tries to incorporate Agile and Lean Methodologies in various projects at RICPHI.
