Ms. Bansara is an HR and project management professional with extensive experience of over 12+ years. She worked as a Senior Manager- Training for Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) in Shillong before joining RICPHI as a Project Co-ordinator for the Meghalaya Health Systems Strengthening Project. Bansara has worked with several organizations in Meghalaya including  Meghalaya Administrative and Training Institute (MATI) in the capacity of a trainer and as a human resource professional teaching personal development skills to the staff members. Bansara brings a wealth of experience with regards to managing complex projects funded by World Bank and other similar organizations.
